How to trap a sister

March 24, 2010

1) Set trap

2) Wait casually nearby, pretending to do Legos

3) Inconspicuous clothing helps

4) Know your prey; bait needs to be very attractive.  Toothpaste and selection of toothbrushes = perfection!

5) Nabbed!

And just what the doctor ordered. Thank you!

BTW, we’re missing a toothbrush in our house. Care to share? :)

oh my… that son of yours is too much! :-)
I see years of fun for those siblings.
And I love the use of duct tape….kids who know how to play with duct tape will go far in life.
    Totally and completely hysterical.

It was the inconspicuous clothing that got to me! Totally hilarious. And Col comes by the hunting and trapping instinct naturally…he may be the best Hinds hunter of all!

    Brilliant!

Hats off to a kid who not only can get around in shoes like THAT but who can also trap at the same time!! : )

Hysterical! I love it! I’ve seen my kids do things similar, but not quite as ingenious as this!

He could have trapped both of my kids, too. Toothpaste, yum! (Also, love the “pretend” Legos.) I’m curious … Which brush did Rosie go with??

adorable. Avi is a sucker for toothpaste and toothbrushes, too. Also love Col’s ballet costume. Can’t wait to see our little ones develop their relationship . . .

Ah! This is hilarious – thanks for the afternoon laugh! I’m not sure toothbrushes would lure me in. Better put some chocolate in there.

    That is hilarious!!

Such a great way to capture the creativity/imagination of your son. Who needs to build a leprechaun trap when there’s a sister trap? Cute.

LOVE this. The whole thing. Dress up. Duct tape on boxes. Ripped paper. Toothbrushes. This could be my house any day of the week!
